Rope access method is emerging as the core practice of cleaning high rise towers in GCC countries, including Qatar. The advantages of rope access method is that cleaning technicians can reach critical areas of the buildings where, it's not easy to reach using other methods, including by using man lift equipment. The rope access method is comparitively economical compared to other methods, as it does not involve transportation and movement of heavy lifting equipment and also involoves less risk.
